RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Items can only be returned or exchanged within 14 business days from delivery date. Returns/Exchanges must include original receipt & packaging, and cannot be defective, torn, previously worn or otherwise damaged. Other conditions (e.g. restocking fee for returns) may apply. Customer pays for "return" shipping.  In the event an item is being exchanged at no fault to the Customer, "KJ's Bargains" will cover the cost to have the item(s) re-shipped.  

 

*Note: Cosmetic products cannot not be returned. They are NOT accepted, and will be returned to sender (if product is returned to KJ's Bargains).  

 

CANCELLATIONS:

For "Online orders" must be submitted within 24 hours of original order date, for a full refund. Depending on your Financial Institution, payment may or may not process within the 24 hour time frame. However, if your Financial Institution did process the charges, please allow up to 30 days to see the Refund issued back to your account. For "Email Orders", simply just send us another email stating you wish to cancel your order, along with your order number.
